JW Nutritional has the manufacturing equipment and facilities needed to create a wide variety of product types including: multi-serve containers, gusseted bags, stick packs or single-serve sachets. Our focus on utilizing cutting edge equipment can help decrease the production time necessary for your products while providing the highest quality finished product available.
Our facility in Allen, Texas, spans 55,000 square feet and is staffed by an experienced team of research scientists, flavor chemists, formulation experts, and supplement industry professionals. This certified facility is equipped with high-speed rotary tablet presses, precision milling machines for optimal particle size control, advanced encapsulation machines, multi-serve containers and single serving sachet production.
Our McKinney facility adds another 65,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing capacity. Designed specifically for protein powder production, bulk nutritional supplement blending and Stick Pack manufacturing. Large-capacity blenders for high-volume supplement production allows this location to fulfill high-volume orders while reducing lead times for our clients.
Stick Pack Machines – We are equipped for liquid or powder stick pack manufacturing. With multiple Solpac 10-lane and Ropak 5-lane machines available, we are ready to start your stick pack packaged production run.
Sachets and Gusseted Bags – Our Bartelt Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Pouching machine can produce up to 100 pouches per minute.
Pilot/Test Batch Mixers – JW Nutritional currently has two pilot/test batch mixers. These 1-cubic foot and 5-cubic foot mixers are primarily used by our research and development department to ensure product mixability and create scale-ups of products that will be tested to ensure manufacturing ability on our machines. In most cases, these mixers are used for test batches and small pilot batches.
Large Mixers – Our McKinney, Texas location is our primary manufacturing location for protein blends and protein powders. For this reason, we have installed a 280-cubic foot mixer to ensure large quantities can be blended to deliver a consistent product consistency every time. This machine can also be used for other larger powder fills.
JW Nutritional also has a complete, automated packaging line for capsules, tablets and powders to facilitate the packaging needs of our customers. Our packaging equipment includes multiple servo-driven AMS Auger Filling machines, steam tunnel for Shrink Sleeves, a Bartelt 714 Sachet Machine, ROPAK 5-lane Stick Pack machine and V-shapes filling machine. With our wide variety of equipment, you can be sure your products are being accurately packaged with every product run.

JW Nutritional has an in-house quality control lab that can perform numerous monograph and groundbreaking testing methods. We utilize HPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy. FTIR spectroscopy and titration, both manual and automatic. This sets us apart from many other “dry-labs” commonly seen throughout the industry.
Many laboratories are considered dry-labs because they perform the bare minimum of testing to duplicate the results seen on a Certificate of Analysis sent by the ingredient manufacturer. In most cases, the lab will then claim these results to be their own. Though these labs are often part of a manufacturer, JW Nutritional is adamantly against this process.
Most dry-labs can be avoided by sending a sample with known results to determine the result they come up with. If the sample sent has known results that are failing to meet product specifications and receives a passing result, determining proper testing becomes more achievable. JW Nutritional strictly adheres to Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations and ensures proper testing with every manufactured product.
